  Check out that Lunar Meditation for this evening ---  Decay = Life...  When you shuffle through those fallen leaves and then the leaf mold they become - basically break down so they can be absorbed by the earth... you are walking on next spring's fertilizer.  Those dormant seeds sleeping in the cold ground are going to be birthed by this decay along with warmth from the returning sun and water from the melting snow and ice.  So often we humans have shunned away from decay which we now know as black gold or compost.  Perhaps this could be a good visualization to practice.  Yesterday's entry was about preparing yourself for a visualization - so maybe this will be a good one to start with.  You could stare at the picture I placed here this morning - the stream is brewing a potent tea of the decaying leaves.
