Good morning! I enjoy your blog and look at it daily. I have a question: where do you get this information? I'm interested in knowing how the "ruled by "x" is determined; for example, today is ruled by Hera, etc. Any info you can give me to point me in the correct direction would be appreciated! Many thanks.
I collect all these various bits of information from a lot different sources which I have read over the years. The ruling Goddess info comes from a list called "Anatolian Goddess who Rules the Days" which is located in the beginning pages of Edain McCoy's book "Lady of the Night". Now you can take this info and learn how to adapt it to your expression of the worship of the Goddess and walking the path of the Craft. Knowing which Goddess energy is more dominant for the day of the cycle is knowing the correspondance that will add to the energies swirling in the air that particular day. Look up the word 'Anatolian' if you don't already know what refers to - you may not agree or feel comfortable with that type of pantheon - create one for your own use. Think over how Hera's energy correspondance can help the other airy energies of yesterday. Yes, it can become a complicated web we weave as we compile correspondances for each day's magickal workings.
