Freya's Day - is Venus Day, the Day of Sharing and Relationship....there are minor magickal energies today for initiate endings to relationships.
Brief update on my left wrist - the hard cast was removed June 14th and replaced by a soft brace - and this past week I've been instructed to not use the ace bandage I was wrapping it with and not use the brace unless needed. The doctor wants the wrist area exposed to the air. It is quite awful looking; the left hand and fingers are quite swollen and I don't have much function with the hand or fingers tho I am able to type slowly with the left hand if I move slowly. I finally saw a x-ray of the wrist last week - there is plate in there pulling my radial bones back together with about six pins in place. The plate will
be with me for the rest of my life. Sigh.

Thank you both for the healing wishes and help. I know what you mean Hecate about what seems to be nuts and bolts being thrown in to mend broken and shattered bones. Somedays it really feels like it doesn't it.....
