Thor's Day - Jupiter Day - the Day of Vision, Spiritual Insight, and Expansion.  There are Major magickal energies today for doing spells regarding Money Owed You... and there minor magickal energies for spells/rites for eliminating obstacles to wealth, power, fame.

The New Moon is approaching and I came across several good articles about it.  Here are some links giving some thoughts to these last days in this lunar cycle: Dark Moon Week A sacred week -- one of the most powerful times of the year

Make a New Moon Collage

I'm having a hard time articulating things lately. With the Moon Scorpio in a trine to imagination expanding Jupiter-Uranus, it's a great time for visual expression. Make a collage this New Moon!

And this looks interesting too:
Serpent Wisdom - When we don't command our own primal energies, others are happy to do it for us. They are our greatest teachers.

Wasted Food
Around half of all food in the United States is wasted, while 35 million American live in households that do not have reliable access to food.  If trees were planted on all of the land currently being used to grow unnecessary surplus and wasted food, they could offset between 50 to 100% of the world's man-made greenhouse gas emissions.

Food Banks
Please help out at Food Banks - donate, work at one and see if the food banks you know about have a section where donated unopened pet food can placed.  This can be a blessing to people who might to otherwise make the difficult decision of having to surrender their pet(s) to an animal rescue society.
